Drive Forge digitises, rebuilds and improves parts through 3D scanning, reverse engineering and CAD design. We create accurate models when no original drawings exist, adapt components to new requirements and prepare files for real-world manufacturing. Can I order a part if I don't have drawings?

Yes. We can work from a physical part, photographs, measurements or references, depending on the level of precision required.

What do I need to send to request a quote?

Photos of the part, approximate measurements, end use, preferred material and any details about assembly or working conditions.

Do you only design, or do you manufacture too?

We do 3D scanning, reverse engineering, CAD design and manufacturing; the entire process is in-house.

Do you work with automotive parts?

Yes. Automotive, motorsport, rally, 4x4, motorcycles, camper conversions and restoration.

Can you improve an existing part?

Yes. We can replicate a part or redesign it to improve fit, strength, flow, weight or functionality.

Which files can you deliver?

3D models, CAD files, files for 3D printing, files for machining or technical documentation, depending on the project.

Is my project information confidential?

Yes. We treat every project confidentially and sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if you need one. The CAD design we produce is for your project.

Can you make a single unit?

Yes. We work from a single part to small batches. There's no minimum order for prototypes or one-off replacement parts.

How long do you take to reply and deliver?

We reply with feasibility and a timeframe within 24–48 business hours. Many scanning and CAD projects are solved in a few days, depending on complexity and manufacturing.

What if the part doesn't fit?

We validate the design with you before manufacturing and, when it adds value, we make a prototype first. The goal is for the part to work in the real assembly.

How is the price calculated?

Every part is custom: the quote depends on the scanning, the design, the material and the manufacturing. We give you a fixed quote before starting, with no commitment.
