From problem to part, in 6 steps

A clear process, tailored to the real-world use of each part. A cosmetic cover is not the same as a bracket subjected to vibration, heat or load.

  1. You explain the problem to us

    You send photos, measurements, the physical part or an explanation of the project. The more information, the better we can assess it.

  2. We assess feasibility

    We study the part, the end use, the material, the precision required and the best process to solve it.

  3. We scan or measure

    We capture the geometry through high-resolution 3D scanning, manual measurement or technical references.

  4. We rebuild in CAD

    We create a clean, editable model ready for modification or manufacturing.

  5. We optimise if needed

    We improve geometry, fit, strength, flow, weight, appearance or compatibility when it adds value.

  6. We deliver or manufacture

    We deliver digital files, drawings, a prototype or the finished manufactured part, depending on the project.

How do I start a project with Drive Forge?

You explain the problem: send us 2–3 photos and the rough measurements of your part, the physical part or a description of the project. The more information, the better we can assess it.

In how many steps do you work on a part?

Six: you explain the problem, we assess feasibility, we scan or measure, we rebuild it in CAD, we optimise if needed and we deliver or manufacture.

Do you always 3D scan the part?

We capture the geometry with whichever method the case calls for: high-resolution 3D scanning, manual measurement or technical references. We choose based on the part and the precision required.
