What data do we process and for what purpose?

We process the data you provide through the quote request form or by email/WhatsApp (name, email, phone number, project description and any files you attach) in order to handle your request, assess the project and send you a quote or reply.

Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent when you send us the request, and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request.

Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, after that, for the periods required by law. The messages and files you send through the form are stored securely and deleted once they are no longer needed to assess or carry out the project. Quote requests and their attached files are kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically; internal download links expire after 30 days.

Recipients

We do not pass your data on to third parties except where legally required. The website and the form are hosted on Cloudflare (hosting and storage of the files you attach), and to send you our reply by email we use Brevo as our email provider. Both act as data processors with the appropriate safeguards in place.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@driveforge.es. You can also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) at aepd.es.
