Manufacturing of bespoke parts: from the file to the real part

We manufacture the part using the process best suited to its use: 3D printing, machining or others. Design and production under one roof, without losing control of the result.

What we solve

What we solve with manufacturing

We choose the process and material based on what the part has to withstand: vibration, heat, load or wear. We manufacture for performance, not just for looks.

  • Prototypes and functional parts on demand.
  • Spares manufactured from a scan or CAD.
  • Short runs of custom parts.
  • Upgrades and adaptations ready to fit.
What we deliver to you

Results, not loose files

  • A part manufactured in the right material for its use.
  • A prior prototype when the project calls for it.
  • Dimensional inspection of the finished part.
  • Finishes and post-processing depending on the project.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What processes do you manufacture with?

We manufacture with the process suited to each use: 3D printing, machining or others. We choose process and material based on what the part has to withstand: vibration, heat, load or wear.

Can you manufacture from a scan or a CAD file?

Yes. We manufacture spares from a scan or a CAD model, as well as prototypes and functional parts on demand.

Do you make short runs or only single parts?

We do both: functional parts on demand, short runs of custom parts, and upgrades or adaptations ready to fit.

How do you guarantee the final part is correct?

We carry out dimensional control of the final part and, when the project calls for it, a prior prototype. We take care of finishes and post-processing to suit the project.

How quickly do you get back to me?

We reply with feasibility and timeframe within 24–48 business hours. Send us photos and rough measurements and we'll assess the best process, with no obligation.
